Employment:

       Assurant Solutions, PHP Web Developer (Contractor), Atlanta, Georgia, February 2009 – May 2009

Responsibilities Include:

·         Developer on the Traffic Log Pro product, a web-based customer tracking software for power sport dealerships.

·         Create and maintain HTML forms to store and print dealership visitor information.

·         Responsible for upgrading site configuration variables from being stored in a flat text file to being kept in a MySQL database.

·         Upgraded user systems to allow dealership managers to track and set their own site and manager passwords using htaccess and htpasswd with PHP.

·         Designed and created databases for and began work on localizing Traffic Log Pro base code for use with multiple languages and nationalities.

·         Used PHP and CGI to automate processes from a web intereface.

·         Worked with vendor APIs and XML to integrate vendor solutions into the product.

                Responsibilities Include:

·         Developed the new Interface Global website using HTML, CSS, JQuery, ASP.net, MSSQL and the Kentico Content Management System.

·         Assisted in the development of new templates of FLOR.com website using HTML, CSS, JQuery JavaScript Library, PERL, and Interchange Web Server tags.

·         Create Interchange Server components to include in templates and in page content

      The Weather Channel, Business Analytics Migration Developer (Contractor), Atlanta, Georgia, January 2008 – April 2008

Responsibilities Include:

·         Responsible for migrating set of business analytics software, written in PERL, from Oracle to MySQL database.

·         Updating software which processed log data and inserted into Online Transaction Processing (OLTP) designed database for efficiency and for insertion into MySQL.

·         Rewrote nightly rollup software which processed data from the OLTP database and inserted in Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) star schema designed MySQL database.

·         Worked with Business Analytics Development Team Lead to set time tables, devise test scenarios and the QC data import.

·         Designed OLTP database in MySQL with both MyISAM and InnoDB engines based on existing Oracle tables.

·         Worked with Database Architect to design OLAP database in MySQL.
